试论毒与白塞病

DISCUSSION ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TOXIN AND BEHCET'S SYNDROME

白塞病属湿热火毒为患 ,以毒邪为主要病因。饮食不节、脏腑失调、日久滞而生毒。毒邪内伏不发可如常人 ,若遇外邪引动 ,毒邪上蒸下注而发为本病 :上攻则口舌咽喉溃烂、目赤肿痛 ;下注则外阴溃烂 ;外浸肌肤则红斑结节 ;流注骨节 ,则骨节肿痛 ,甚至攻及脏腑 ,引发重症。白塞病的治疗当分期进行 ,发作期重用清解之剂 ,一可阻断毒邪对机体的损害 ,二可开前后二阴 ,使毒去正安。缓解期应健脾益肾 ,使脏腑协调 。

Behcet's Syndrome results from damp heat toxin and fire toxin,which are caused by a long term or improper diet or disturbance of Zang fu functions.Behcet's Syndrome doesn't occur when the toxins are latent and will occur when they are active,which manifests themselves as oral aphthae,conjuctival contestion accompanied with swelling and pain at upper part,vular ulcer at lower part,and swollen,painful joints or erythemia nodosum.The stages of Behcet's Syndrome are divided into the acute stage and the internal stage.Different therapy is appiled at different stage.In the acute stage,drugs for removing damp heat and clearing fire toxin should be used,and in the internal stage,the prescriptions for regulating and nurishing spleen kidney should be used.
