银杏外种皮提取物中的内酯含量测定

采用 HPL C法测定了 4批银杏外种皮提取物中的银杏内酯 A、银杏内酯 B和白果内酯含量 ,其总内酯平均含量为 5 .6 %。结果显示 。

A HPLC method was applied to determine the contents of ginkgolide A(GA), ginkgolide B(GB), and bilobalide (BB) of extraction from ginkgo seed coat extrate in four ways. The average total content of terpenlactones was 5.6%. The result showed that the content of GA, GB, BB varies with the solvent used and extract processed.
