用气相色谱法对维生素 B6 生产过程中所有的液体中间体进行了定性定量分析 ,并比较了中间体之一——2 -异丙基 - 4 ,7-二氢 - 1,3-二氧庚英在同一色谱柱上两种不同校正方法的结果。内标双点校正曲线法与其他校正方法相比 。

All the liquid intermediates in vitamin B 6 production were determined by gas chromatographic method. One of them, 2 isopropyl 4,7 dihydro 1,3 dioxepin was measured in the same column and the results were calibrated by two different methods. The internal standard two point calibration technique was much easier, more convenient than the other approaches.
