汝城白毛茶与两广主要“白毛茶”居群亲缘关系的RAPD分析 被引量:10

摘要 应用RAPD分子标记技术分析了汝城白毛茶、凌云白毛茶、阳春白毛茶、乐昌白毛茶、仁化白毛茶和曲江白毛茶的亲缘关系。结果表明,供试引物扩增平均表现的多态性为75.00%;6个居群间的遗传距离以乐昌白毛茶和仁化白毛茶之间的遗传距离最小(0.1914),凌云白毛茶与曲江白毛茶之间的遗传距离最大(0.4712),汝城白毛茶与两广主要“白毛茶”居群之间的遗传距离从大到小排列,依次是乐昌白毛茶(0.4605)、曲江白毛茶(0.4406)、仁化白毛茶(0.4232)、凌云白毛茶(0.2968)和阳春白毛茶(0.2665);聚类分析的结果表明曲江白毛茶、乐昌白毛茶和仁化白毛茶聚为一类,说明它们的遗传基础比较一致。 The genetic relationships of 揜ucheng Baimao Cha?揕ingyun Baimao Cha?揧angchun Baimao Cha?揕echang Baimao Cha? 揜enhua Baimao Cha?and 換ujiang Baimao Cha?were studied by RAPD Method. The results showed that the average percentage of polymorphic bands was 75.00%, the minimum genetic distances was 0.1914 between 揕echang Baimao Cha?and 揜enhua Baimao Cha?and the maximum genetic distances was 0.4712 between 揕ingyun Baimao Cha?and 換ujiang Baimao Cha?among six tested tea populations. The order of the genetic distances between 揜enhua Baimao Cha攁nd the other tested tea populations from maximum to minimum was 揕echang Baimao Cha?(0.4605),換ujiang Baimao Cha?(0.4406), 揜enhua Baimao Cha?(0.4232), 揕ingyun Baimao Cha?(0.2968) and 揧angchun Baimao Cha?(0.2665). 換ujiang Baimao Cha? 揕echang Baimao Cha? and 揜enhua Baimao Cha?were classified to the same group by cluster analysis. The result showed that the genetic relationship among them was similar.
