牵正膏外敷对面神经炎面神经电生理影响的临床与实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Study of the Effect of Qianzheng Gao Applied Externally to Patients of Facial Paralysis on Electrophysiological Changes

选择面神经炎患者 ,观察治疗前后神经电生理的变化 ,临床研究结果表明 :中药牵正膏外敷能缩短其面神经运动潜伏期 ,增加M波波幅 ;选用夹闭豚鼠面神经的方法 ,观察中药牵正溶液治疗前后神经放电的变化 ,实验研究结果表明 :牵正溶液能改善面神经成簇放电。证明中药牵正膏能加快面神经的传导 ,提高其兴奋性。

Patients of facial paralysis were observed clinically in terms of nerve electrophysiological changes pre and post treatment.It turned out the external application of this ointment can reduce the latent period of facial nerve movements,and increase M wave amplitude.In the experimental study,however,facial nerves of cavies were paralyzed to observe nerve discharge changes pre and post treatment.The experiment shows the solution of this ointment can improve facial nerve inline discharge.Both clinical and experimental studies have proved this ointment can accelerate facial nerve conduction and improve its excitability.
