中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎临床观察

Clinical Study on Herps Simple Keratitis Treated by WM and TCM

对 176例 (192只眼 )单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者辨证分型 ,内服中药配合滴用抗病毒眼液 (治疗组 )和肌注聚肌胞配合滴抗病毒眼液 (对照组 )治疗。结果 ,治疗组在总有效率和治疗前后视力对比两方面明显优于对照组 (P<0 0 5 ) 。

patients(192 eyes) with herps simple keratitis(HSK) were treated with therapy with syndrome differentiation of TCM and antivirotic drop as the drug group,and treated with injection of polycytosine and antivirotic drop as the control group.The result showed that the drug group was significantly superior to the control group for the effective rate and the change of visual before the treatment and after the treatment(P<0.05).So the treatment of therapy with syndrome differentiation of TCM was the effective treatment for HSK.
