具有多层地下结构的高层建筑抗震设计方法—虚结构法

SEISMIC DESIGN METHOD OF TALL BUILDINGS WITH MULTISTORIED SUBSTRUCTURES——VIRTUAL STRUCTURE METHOD

具有多层地下结构的高层建筑抗震设计中,目前的理论分析与实际设计相差甚远。本文对此问题进行了分析研究,提出了一种理论上可行,实际设计中便于应用的虚结构法,在“外国专家公寓”结构设计中应用结果表明:虚结构法安全、简便,并能降低工程造价。

In seismic design of tall buildings with multistoried substructures,theoretical analysis is usually different from engineering practice. Based on research and analysis,a virtual structure method which is feasible in theory and convenient in practice is given in this paper.It has been applid to the structural design of the engineering project, the Foreign Expert Apartment.The calculated result showed that the virtual structure method is safe,simple and convenient, and can reduce engineering cost.
