臂旁核与味觉

摘要 脑桥臂旁核 (Parabrachialnucleus,PBN)是非灵长类哺乳动物味觉上行的第二级换元站。PBN内的味觉神经元相对集中于脑桥味区 ,后者和中枢内与味觉、摄食有关的核团之间存在着丰富的纤维联系。大部分PBN味觉神经元对多种基本味觉刺激起反应 ,根据最佳刺激 ,PBN味觉神经元可分为NaCl优势、HCl优势。
