摘要
Clara细胞是衬覆于远端细支气管的非纤毛上皮细胞 ,具有非粘液非浆液性分泌特性。已证实Clara细胞具有分泌、生物转化、前体细胞作用、离子主动转运等多种功能 ,在器官保护、气道上皮更新和损伤修复。
