雌激素的膜受体机制

摘要 细胞膜存在雌激素受体的非基因组效应。 17β-雌二醇〔E2 〕胞膜受体 ,通过增加Ca2 + 内流和环核苷酸途径诱导快速信号转导过程 ,如磷酸肌醇 3-激酶系统、蛋白激酶B/AKT系统、ERK和P38MAP激酶系统转导通路。这些通路使E2 膜效应与细胞其他功能紧密衔接 ;E2 非基因组效应参与神经和血管细胞调节作用。E2 受体池假说很好地解释E2
