摘要
目的 :甙单体 Rg2、Re、Rh1(终浓度 6 0μmol/ L )对小鼠皮层神经元缺氧的保护作用。方法 :采用 MTT比色法测定人参皂甙单体 Rg2、Re、Rh1对缺氧神经细胞活性的影响 ,同时进行形态学观察。结果 :终浓度 6 0 μmol/ L人参皂甙单体 Rg2、Re、Rh1均对小鼠皮层神经元缺氧损伤具有保护作用 (P<0 .0 1) ,且能减轻细胞的形态学损伤。结论 :人参皂甙单体 Rg2、Re。
Objective:To determine whether Ginsenosides Rg2?Re?Rh1(60μmol/L)have protective effects on hypoxic-induced neuronal damage.Methods:Using MTT[3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide]assay, Ginsenosides Rg2?Re?Rh1 were used to observe their effects on the neuronal viability in hypoxic condition,then morphological changes of neurons were observed.Results: Ginsenosides Rg2?Re?Rh1 have protective effects on hypoxic-induced neuronal damage(P<0.01).and Ginsenosides enhanced theneuronal viability and decrease the cell death rate significantly.Conclusion: Ginsenosides Rg2?Re?Rh1 have affirmative protective effects on hypoxic-induced neuronal damage.
