摘要
目的 :探讨胰胆管内超声对胰胆肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 :经病理和临床诊断为胰腺癌和胆管癌 2 7例患者在内镜逆行胰胆管造影术 (ERCP)检查同时行胰胆管内超声检查。结果 :胰胆管内超声检查能对胰胆肿瘤作出确诊 ,其诊断符合率优于 ERCP。结论 :胰胆管内超声在胰胆肿瘤诊断中有重要价值 。
Objective: To study the clinical value of intraductal ultrasonography(IDUS) in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and bile duct cancer . Methods:IDUS was carried out in 27 patients with pancreatic cancer and bile duct cancer manifested clinically and pathologically during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). Results: IDUS was significantly superior to ERCP in establishing correct diagnosis . Conclusion:IDUS is a effective technique in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and bile duct cancer .
