摘要
目的 观察通脉宁对实验性大鼠脑缺血的保护作用及对脑梗死病人的临床治疗效果。方法 用wistar大鼠结扎颈总动脉 ,形成急性脑缺血模型 ,然后采用不同用药方案观察通脉宁对大鼠脑含水量及脑血管通透性的影响。另对 10 2例脑梗死患者给与通脉宁治疗 ,观察其临床疗效。 结果 通脉宁可降低大鼠脑缺血模型的脑含水量及脑血管通透性 ;治疗脑梗死的显效率为 79.4 % ,总有效率为 97.0 % ,与对照组比较皆有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 通脉宁为治疗脑梗死的高效、低毒具有广泛应用研究前景的药物。
Objective To observe the curative effects of Tongmaining on rat's experimental cerebral ischemia and cerebral infarction in human.Methods Wistar rats were used to establish acute cerebral ischemic model by means of legation of common cartoid artery.The changes of cerebral water content and cerebral vascular permeability after different drug administrations were observed.102 cases of cerebral infarction were treated with Tongmaining and the curative effects were observed. Results Tongmaining can reduce cerebral water content and cerebral vascular permeability of cerebral ischemic model of rats.79.4% of the patients with cerebral infarction got improved obviously,and the total curative effect was 97.0%.There existed marked differences between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Tongmaining has proven to be promising in both research and clinical application for its high curative effect and low toxicity.
