腹部晚期肿瘤术中植入^(125)I粒子近期观察(附11例报道)

EARLY EVALUATION OF ^(125)I RADIOACTIVE SEEDS IMPLANTING IN TREATMENT OF IRRESECTABLE ABDOMINAL TUMOR:REPORT OF 11 CASES

目的 :探讨12 5I放射性粒子术中植入 ,治疗腹部晚期肿瘤的意义。方法 :回顾性分析 2 0 0 1年 8月～ 11月术中植入12 5I粒子的晚期腹部恶性肿瘤患者 11例。结果 :全部患者共植入12 5I粒子 94粒 ,术后 1周复查外周血象及临床观察无毒副反应出现 ,3例顽固性疼痛患者症状得到明显改善。结论 :有针对性地选择腹部晚期肿瘤患者 ,在开腹探查术中即时在肿瘤区植入12 5I放射性粒子 ,其近期止疼效果满意 ,且安全可靠。

Objective:Exploring the significance of implanted 125 I radioactive seeds into tumor intraoperatively to treat abdominal irresectable tumor.Methods:Eleven patients with malignant abdominal tumor were analyzed retrospectively from August to November 2001.Results:Ninety-four l25 I radioactive seeds were implanted into the tumor in all 11 patients.One week later,no side effect was observed,and the symptoms were improved apparently.The refractory pain in 3 patients disappeared.Conclusions:The methods of implanting 125 I radioactive seeds into tumor intraoperatively to relieve clinical symptoms are safe and effective.
