介绍家藏明代儿科专著《幼科百效全书》。该书为明代著名医学家龚居中所著 ,是儿科按摩推拿学方面的早期著作。上卷论述儿科疾病诊断辨证要点 ,介绍推拿穴位与疗法 ;中卷阐述儿科疾病的辨证治疗 ;下卷详列方剂 ,并附临床验方与验案。由于国内仅见《全国中医图书联合目录》记载 :上海图书馆藏有《幼科百效全书》崇祯刻本。因此该书具有珍贵的学术与文献价值。

This article introduces a pediatric treatise of the Ming dynasty,Great Compendium of Pediatrics.This treatise was written by Gong Juzhong,a famous doctor in the Ming dynasty,and it was an early book about the massage for children.The first volume introduced the diagnostic points of pediatric disease and the acupoints and manipulation of massage;the second volume presented the diagnosis and treatment of the pediatric diseases;the third volume listed some formulae,empirical prescriptions and proven cases.This book was stored in Shanghai library.It is of valuable academic and literature value.
