摘要
目的 从银杏白果中分离银杏白果多糖 ,并研究其组成性质。方法 经热水提取 ,乙醇沉淀 ,Sevag法去蛋白 ,乙醇分级分离 ,SephadexG 2 0 0柱层析纯化银杏白果多糖 (Ginkgobilobaseedpolysaccharide ,GBSP) ,采用醋酸纤维纸电泳、Sepharose 4B柱层析及毛细管电泳对其进行分析和组成研究。结果 提取纯化的银杏白果多糖 (GBSP)是单一均匀的多糖 ,分子量为 1.86× 10 5,得率为 0 .87%。结论 银杏白果多糖 (GBSP)是由D 甘露糖组成的匀多糖。
OBJECTIVE: To study the isolation and composition of a polysaccharide from Ginkgo biloba seed (GBSP). METHODS: A polysaccharide from Ginkgo biloba seed (GBSP) was isolated and purified by ethanol fractionation and Sephadex G-200 chromatography. Its homogeneity was verified by cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis and Sepharose 4B gel filtration chromatography. The component of GBSP was determined by high potency capillary electrophoresis (HPEC). RESULTS: The average molecular weight of GBSP was 1.86×105 as determined by Sephadex G-200 chromatography, and GBSP was found to be a single sugar. Its productive ratio is 0.87%. CONCLUSION: The GBSP was found to be a single sugar consisting of D-mannose.
