摘要
目的 观察肾康对慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)大鼠肾功能及离子代谢的影响。方法 用Adenin法给大鼠造模 ,同时用肾康灌胃治疗 ,每天 1次 ,每隔 4d测 2 4h尿量 1次 ,第 2 5天将大鼠处死 ,取血测血肌酐 (Cr) ,尿素氮 (BUN) ,尿酸 (UA)及血中K+ ,Na+ ,Ca2 + ,P ,Mg2 + 的含量 ,取大鼠肾脏进行大体观察及镜下病理组织学检查。结果 45g·kg-1(每 1mL含生药 3g)肾康与模型对照组比较血Cr含量下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;BUN降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;血Ca2 + 升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血P含量降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,血K+ 降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;肾脏代偿性增大及组织坏死较模型组明显减轻。结论 肾康能增强机体排毒能力 ,调整离子代谢 ,减轻肾损伤 ,改善肾功能 ,延缓CRF的进展。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Shenkang on renal function and electrolytic metabolism in rats with chronic renal failure (CRF). METHODS: The model of rats with CRF was conducted by using the method of Adenin. The rats were treated with ig Shenkang once daily. The volume of urine over 24 hours was measured every 4 days. The serum creatinine (Cr), urea nitrogen (BUN), uric acid (UA), and the contents of K+, Na+, Ca2+, P, Mg2+ in blood were obtained on the 25 th day of treatment. The kidneys were observed and checked for the histopathology. RESULTS: Shenkang declined the content of Cr(P+ (P2+ (P-1 (the content of crude drug:3 g·mL-1, respectively, comparing with uhe control group. CONCLUSION: Shenkang appeared to be capabable of eliminating the toxicants, adjusting the electrolytic metabolism, alleviating the injury of kidney, improving the renal function and delaying the progress of CRF.
