摘要
目的 研究玻璃酸钠散剂 (SHP)对大鼠烫伤的治疗作用。方法 将大鼠随机分为实验组 (SHP组 ) ,阳性对照组 (湿润烧伤膏组 )和阴性对照组 (空白对照组 )。造成大鼠深Ⅱ°烫伤及浅Ⅱ°烫伤模型后 ,分别涂布给药 ,单笼饲养。观察第 7天、第 15天的创面结痂面积和脱痂愈合时间。结果 实验组在第 15天的创面结痂面积小、脱痂愈合时间短 ,与阴性对照组相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;脱痂后的大鼠皮肤病理学检查结果表明 ,实验组愈合效果好于阴性对照组 ,与阳性对照组相当。结论 SHP是一种有效的治疗烧烫伤的新型制剂。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of sodium hyaluronate powder (SHP) on scalded rats. METHODS: Rats were randomly divided into test (SHP) group, positive control (moist burn ointment) group and negative control (no treatment) group respectively. The drugs were administered topically on the surface of scalded places respectively after making deep partial-thickness and superficial partial-thickness scald models in rats. The rats were bred separately. The scabbed areas of the wound on the seventh day and the fifteenth day and the decrustation time were recorded. RESULTS: The scabbed areas of the wound on the fifteenth day were smaller and the decrustation time were shorter in the test group than that in the negative control group with significant differences (P<0.01). The pathological examination on the skins after decrustation showed that the healing effect of the test group was better than the negative control group, similar to the positive control group. CONCLUSION: SHP appeared to be an effective preparation for treating scalds.
