摘要
目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定仙茅中仙茅苷的含量。方法 Nova pakC18(2 5 0mm× 4.6mm ,10 μm)色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇 水 (4 0∶6 0 ) ,流速为 1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为 2 75nm。结果 仙茅苷在 0 .34 85~ 2 .788μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,回归方程为Y =2× 10 6X +34 2 2 1(r =0 .9999) ) ,平均回收率为 10 0 .0 7% ,RSD为 0 .83%。结论 本法简便 ,快速 ,灵敏 ,准确 ,重现性好 ,可作为仙茅的质量标准。
OBJECTIVE: A RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of curculigoside in Rhizoma Curculigoside. METHOD: The Nova-pak C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 10 μm) was used. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water(40:60). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The UV detection wavelength was 275 nm. RESULTS: The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 0.348 5∼2.788 μg with the regression equation Y = 2×106 X + 34 221(r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 100.07% with RSD = 0.83%. CONCLUSION: The method appeared to be simple, quick, sensitive, accurate, reproducible and can be used to control the quality of Rhizoma Curculiginis.
