摘要 趋化因子作为具有多种生物活性的多肽受到重视。本文回顾了CXC趋化因子受体 3及其配体γ干扰素诱导性肽 10、γ干扰素诱导性单核细胞因子和γ干扰素诱导性T细胞α化学趋化因子的结构、它们之间相互作用、生物学功能、受体活化后细胞内信号传导途径以及它们与变态反应性皮肤病、银屑病。
