胆囊癌P53蛋白表达及临床意义

Expression of P53 protein and its clinical significance in gallbladder carcinoma

目的 :探讨P5 3蛋白在胆囊癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 :采用SP免疫组织化学方法测定胆囊癌和胆囊炎组织中P5 3蛋白的表达。结果 :胆囊癌组织中P5 3蛋白阳性表达率为 71.7% (38/5 3) ,显著高于胆囊炎组织中P5 3蛋白表达率 0 (0 /12 ) (P <0 .0 1)。P5 3蛋白与胆囊癌的Nevin分期及肿瘤分化程度相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :P5 3蛋白表达在胆囊癌的发生、发展中起作用 。

Objective:To study the expression of P53 protein and its clinical significance in gallbladder carcinoma.Methods:The expression of P53 protein was examined in tissues of gallbladder cancer and cholecystitis by S P immunohistochemistry.Results:The positive rate of P53 protein in gallbladder carcinoma was 71.7%(38/ 53) which was significantly higher than 0(0/ 12)in cholecystitis(P<0.01).The expression of P53 protein in gallbladder carcinoma was associated with the histological differentiation of tumor cell and Nevin stage of gallbladder cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:P53 protein play an important role in the occurrence and development of gallbladder cancer and it could act as an important prognostic indicator in gallbladder carcinoma.
