摘要
目的 研究青海田鼠主要寄生蚤在传播鼠疫中的媒介效能。方法 应用自行设制的蚤媒介昆虫感染装置 ,在 6 5± 5 %RH和 2 1± 2℃的环境条件下 ,使蚤叮咬含有鼠疫菌的青海田鼠血液 1 5h ,蚤悬液经鼠疫细菌学方法检查。结果 细钩黄鼠蚤的传疫潜能、媒介潜能和感染潜能分别为 0 0 84,34 2 1% ,和 3 77% ,直缘双蚤指名亚种的传疫潜能、媒介潜能和感染潜能分别为 0 0 6 7,35 5 3%和 12 0 5 % ,两种蚤的媒介效能分别为 0 0 3和 0 0 1。
Objective To study vector*ss effect of the chief parasitic fleas on the Microtus fuscus.Methods The fleas,Citellophilus sparsilis and Amphipsylla tuna tuna,were inoculated with strains of Yersinia pestis (970001) in the self-made infection apparatus.Under ambient condition of 65±5%RH and 21±2?℃,the fleas sucked blood of Microtus fuscus which contained 10 5 bacteria of Y.pestis/ml for 1.5 hours,and then the suspensions of the fleas were examined with bacteriological methods.Results The results showed that the latent ability of spreading plague,the latent ability of vector and the latent ability of infection were 0.067,35.53%,12.05% in Citellophilus sparsilis group,respectively,and were 0.084,34.21%,3.77% in Amphipsylla tuna tuna group,respectively.The vector*ss effects of the fleas were 0.03(C.sparsilis)and 0.01(A.tuna tuna).Conclusions Citellophius sparsilis and Amphipsylla tuna tuna were the chief vector fleas on Microtus fuscus.
