2000年成都市金牛区儿童免疫接种监测信息管理系统应用分析

Analysis on Application of the Surveillance and Management System of Childrens Immunization in Jinniu District of Chengdu City in 2000

目的 了解金牛区儿童免疫接种监测信息管理系统应用情况、家长的接受程度 ,对金牛区计划免疫事业发挥的作用。方法 对各接种点的信息系统操作人员及城区、农村的部分儿童家长进行调查以及对相关的计划免疫资料分析。结果 经 χ2 检验分析对比建立该系统前后完成 1名儿童接种的时间差异无显著性 ,而统计报表的时间差异有显著性 ,90 %以上的城市和农村家长认为信息卡价格合适。结论 该系统的建立提高了金牛区计划免疫的管理水平 ,提高了接种点的工作效率 ;为儿童接种服务提供了方便 ,其收费能被城市和农村的绝大多数儿童家长所接受 ;取得的经济效益增加了接种点和防疫站的收入 。

Objective To investigate and the application the parents' acceptance and the contribution to our EPI work of SMSCI(the surveillance and management system of Children*ss immunization).Methods Interviewing the operators of SMSCI in each vaccination spot and some parents,analyzing the relevant EPI information.Results By the chi-square test,the time spent on finishing a vaccination before SMSCI was established is not different from the time after SMSCI was established, while the time spent on finishing the statistics forms is different, more than 90% parents think the price of SMSCI card resonable.Conclusions The establishment of SMSCI has improved the EPI management level and working effiency in each vaccination spot, The system was convenient for children*ss immunization and its charge could beaccept by most children*ss parents. It increased the vaccination spot*ss and epidemic prevention station*ss income and compensated the lacking of EPI expenditure to some degree.
