摘要 NF -κB (nuclearfactorκB)属于Rel蛋白家族。静息状态下 ,NF -κB蛋白二聚体与抑制蛋白IκB结合成三聚体而滞留于胞浆 ,胞外刺激可以通过降解IκB而激活NF -κB ,后者以二聚体进入胞核发挥其功能。IKK(IκBkinases)是NF -κB信号传导通路的关键性激酶 ,不同的刺激信号 ,不同细胞种类的NF -κB激活的具体信号通路不尽相同。NF -κB参与一系列基因表达的调控 ,与免疫反应、应激反应、炎症的发生及细胞凋亡有关。为此 ,本文对NF -κB与IκB蛋白、NF -κB活化及信号传导体系、NF -κB的生物学作用及NF
