甲型副伤寒患者血浆P-选择素的变化及临床意义

Plasma Level of P - selectin and Its Clinical Sighnificance in Patiants With Paratyphoid Fever

目的:观察甲型副伤寒患者血浆P—选择素(P—selectin)水平变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法:应用ELISA分别检测30例甲型副伤寒患者急性期、恢复期及20例健康人血浆中的P—选择素水平。结果:甲型副伤寒患者急性期血浆中的P—选择素水平明显高于健康人对照组(P<0.01),恢复期血浆中的P—素基本恢复正常(P>0.05)。结论:研究表明甲型副伤寒患者血浆P—素水平增高并与病程相关,动态检测血浆P—选择素可作为甲型副伤寒患者病情观察的重要指标。

To observe the level of plasma P - selectin in patiants with paratyphoid fever and to study the clinical sighnificance of it. Methods: the P - selectin levels of the plasma were measured by enxyme - linked immunoadsorbent assay (EILSA) in 30 patiants with paratyphoid fever and 20 healthy youth. Results: In compared with controls, the average plasma levels of P - selectin were much higher in patiants with acute paratyphoid fever (P < 0.01), the average P - lasma levels of P - selectin got its breath again in patiants with convalescence paratyphoid fever ( P > 0.05 ) Conclusion: Pilot study indicated the average levels plasma levels of P - selectin rised in patiants with paratyphoid fever, the P -selectin was positively correlated with course of diseases, measurement of Plasma P - selectin might therefore provide a importance guideline for monitoring the clinical course of paratyphoid fever.
