四氧嘧啶和熟地诱导糖尿病胃轻瘫的大鼠模型初探 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :用四氧嘧啶和熟地诱导糖尿病轻瘫大鼠模型。方法 :将 5 0只Wister大鼠随机分为空白组 (A)、糖尿病模型组 (B)、糖尿病模型 +熟地组 (C)和熟地组 (D)。首先给B ,C组ip四氧嘧啶 ,使其成为糖尿病模型 ,待血糖稳定后 (3d) ,给C组和D组灌服熟地 ,持续 2周 ,在此期间 ,测定各组大鼠胃MMCⅢ运动收缩波振幅、胃排空率、血糖水平、体重和摄食量。结果 :C组与其它几组比较 ,胃MMCⅢ期运动振幅 ,胃排空率明显下降 ;B ,C组前后比较 ,体重明显下降 ;B组与C组比较 ,血糖和胰腺病理切片检查无差异。结论 :C组基本符合糖尿病胃轻瘫病理生理特点 ,模型成立。 Objective:To make the model of diabetic gastroparesis (DGP) with the alloxan and libosch (rehmannia glutinosa).Methods:We divided 50 wister rats into 5 groups in random:A(not affected),B(treated with alloxan and libosch )and D(treated with libosch),then,made B、C into model of diabets mellirus (DM) by injecting alloxan into their abdominal cavity.After three days,poured libosch into the stomach of B and C for two weeks,during this period,determined the amplitude of stomach repeatedly MMCⅢ acting,the rate of pouring the content out of the stomach,the level of blood sugar,the weight of rats,the quantity of eating.Results:The C group had more amplitude of the stomach MMC Ⅲ acting and slower rate of pouring the content out of the stomach ( P <0.05) than the others;the B had the same level of blood sugar as C,at the second weekend the weights of rats in B and C group were lighter than those at the first weekend.Conclusion:The rats in C group almost conform to the characteristics of the pathophysiology of DGP.As a result,the model of DGP has been made.
