摘要
运用肺栓塞、动脉血栓形成、脑血栓形成三种实验性血栓形成模型 ,观察黄芪总皂苷 (AS)和赤芍总苷 (TSP)以各种剂量配伍时的作用 ;结果AS和TSP均具有不同程度抗各种实验性血栓形成作用或趋势 ,配伍后作用更佳 ,抗凝作用则源于赤芍总苷 ,应用二因素五水平均匀设计方法观察到AS 5 0mg kg和TSP 15 0mg kg配伍时抗动脉血栓形成作用最佳 ,该剂量下两药配伍对于大鼠脑血栓有相加的保护作用。表明AS和TSP有协同抗血栓形成作用。
Objective:To investigate the interactions between astragalosides (AS) and total saponins of paeonia(TSP) with various dosage. Methods:Using pulmonary embolism, artery thrombosis and cerebral thrombosis experimental thrombosis models. Results and Conlusion:AS and TSP showed apparent anti-thrombosis effects, and better when they were used together. The anti-thrombotic effects on artery thrombosis were the strongest when AS at dose of 50mg/kg co-operated with TSP at dose of 150mg/kg with uniform design method.
