摘要
一次性注射阿霉素法复制大鼠微小病变肾病模型。结果 :光镜下于第 2周可见肾小球脏层上皮细胞肿胀、毛细血管充血、肾小管内蛋白管型。病变随病程加重 ,第 7周时可见部分大鼠有肾小球局灶性节段性硬化伴肾小管萎缩。电镜下可见肾小球脏层上皮细胞足突变形、扁平、融合、足突间闭合连接形成、足突断裂、GBM的阴离子位点减少。并有水肿、低蛋白血症。
The model of minimal change nephropathy (MCN) in rats was successfully established by a single intravenous injection of adriamycin. In the second week after the injection of adriamycin, the swelling of glomerular visceral epithelial cells, congestion of capillary vessels, and proteinaceous casts in the renal tubules were found in the kidney of the rats by microscopy. In the seventh week, the focal segmental glomerular sclerosis with tubular atrophy was seen in some rats; and electron microscopy revealed degenerative changes of glomerular epithelial cells such as deformation, flattening, fusion, closed connection, and fragmentation of foot processes, and the decrease of anionic sites in GBM. At the same time, the rats showed some symptoms of nephritic syndrome such as edema, hypoproteinemia, hypercholesterolemia and proteinuria.
