调肝导浊中药对大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞增殖及胞内钙离子影响的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Effects of Tiaogandaozhuo Decoction on the Proliferation of Rat Aorta Smooth Muscle Cells and the Level of Intracellular Ca^(2+)

运用体外培养技术 ,以加高脂血清和调肝导浊中药等不同培养基分组培养大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞 (SMC) ,用免疫组化等方法进行指标检测。结果 :调肝导浊中药可明显抑制高脂血清培养下SMC的增殖 ,其细胞增殖核抗原 (PCNA)阳性率低于造模组 ,并可降低胞内Ca2 + 含量。提示调肝导浊中药可对SMC增殖起到良好调控作用 。

The preventive and curative effects of Tiaogandaozhuo Decoction (TD) on atherosclerosis (AS) were studied by culturing rat aorta smooth muscle cells with high lipid serum and TD, and by using the immunohistochemical detection. The results showed that TD could markedly inhibit the proliferation of rat aorta smooth muscle cells under the high lipid serum culture with a positive rate of PCAN lower than that with the AS model group, and decrease the level of Ca 2+ in the rat aorta smooth muscle cells. The results suggest that TD has good regulative effects on the proliferation of rat aorta smooth muscle cells, hence to prevent the occurrence and development of AS.
