摘要
以Peters 4天抑制试验法 ,对绵马贯众部位Ⅱ进行了抗疟药效实验 ,测得其对伯氏疟原虫K173 株的ED50 为 5 9 74mg/kg ,对伯氏疟原虫抗氯喹株 (RC/K173 )的ED50 为 111 2 2mg/kg ,抗性指数为 2 10 ;还对该部位进行了急性毒性实验 ,测得一日灌胃给药对小鼠的LD50 为 8890mg/kg(95 %可信区间为 640 5~ 12 338mg/kg) ,治疗指数为 14 8。
The study on the antimalarial effects and acute toxicity of the extract II of Dryopteris crassirhizoma Nakai was carried out in mice with plasmodium berghei K 173 and RC/ K 173 by Peters four day inhibitory method. The results from the pharmacodynamic experiment showed that the ED 50 of the extract Ⅱ to K 173 was 59.74 mg/kg; the ED 50 to K 173 and RC/K 173 was 111.22 mg/kg; and the resistance index was 2.10. The results from the acute toxicity test showed that the LD 50 of the extract Ⅱ of one day gastric perfusion administration to the mice was 8890 mg/kg (the 95% confidence interval was between 6405 mg/kg and 12338 mg/kg), and the therapeutic index was 148.
