鼻腔填塞对病人生理节奏的影响及护理

Effect of Nasal Filling on the Patient's Physiological Rhythm and Nursing Care

目的观察鼻腔填塞对病人生理节奏的影响 ,以便有针对性地做好预防护理。方法采用查体法和问卷调查法对 12 9例鼻腔、鼻窦手术行鼻腔填塞的病人术前 1d、术后 4 8h的体温、脉搏、呼吸、血压、睡眠时间、饮食量进行测量。采用配对资料 t检验进行显著性比较。结果鼻腔填塞病人手术前后日睡眠时间、饮食量差异有极显著性意义 (均 P<0 .0 1) ;体温、脉搏、呼吸、血压差异无显著性意义 (均 P>0 .0 5 )。结论鼻腔填塞对病人生理节奏有一定影响 ,应加强鼻腔、鼻窦手术后病人 4 8h内的生命体征监护 ;合理应用镇静、止痛药物 ,保证病人必要的睡眠时间 ;加强饮食护理 ;减少引起病人不适的各种因素。

Objective To observe the effect of nasal filling on the patient's physiological rhythm. Methods By physical examination and questionnaire investigation, body temperature, pulses, respiratory, blood pressure, sleep time and dietary intake were tested one day before and 48 h after nasal filling in the patients receiving nasal or sinus operation. Paired t test was used to perform significant comparison. Results There was very significant difference in sleep time every day and dietary intake in the patients receivingnasal filling before and after operation (all P <0 01), but no significant difference was found in body temperature, pulses, respiratory and blood pressure (all P > 0 05). Conclusion Nasal filling could influence the patient's physiological rhythm to some extent. The life signs of the patients receiving nasal and sinus operation shoud be intensively monitored within 48 h after operation.
