摘要
根据现代协商理论 ,对工程承包中的争议管理进行研究 ,并结合天津港南疆焦炭及非金属矿石泊位回填工程中的争议实例 ,建立解决争议的调停模型 ,取得了很好的效果。
in this paper the dispute management of project contracting is studied based on modern bargaining theory,and a mediation model is set up for dispute resolution. The model is successfully applied to the Tianjin harbor nanjiang coke and nonmetal terminal project.
