Expression of Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha in Children's Henoch-Schǒ nlein Purpura Glomerulonephritis

目的 :探讨肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF-α)在紫癜肾炎中的作用。方法 :采用液相竞争法测定了 2 0例紫癜肾炎患儿血清TNF- α水平。结果 :紫癜肾炎组 TNF- α水平明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :TNF- α水平的增高与紫癜肾炎的发病有密切关系 。

Objective:To explore the role of the tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF α)in children's Henoch Schǒnlein purpura glomerulonephritis.Methods:The content of TNF α in serum were measured using liquid competition in of TNF α in Henoch Schǒnlein purpura glomerulonephritis.18 healthy children were served as the control.Results:The content of TNF α in Henoch Schǒnlein purpura glomerulonephritis was significant higher than that of control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The increase in quantity of THF α has an important role in pathogenesis of Henoch Schǒnlein purpura glmerulonephritis. TNF α may be one of the main factors in the tissue damge of Henoch Schǒnlein purpura glomerulonephritis.
