睾丸精原细胞瘤PCNA标记指数和核分裂象计数相关性

The correlation between PCNA labeling index and mitotic count of testicular seminomas

目的 :检测 5 1例睾丸精原细胞瘤的增殖状态 ,比较PCNA标记指数和核分裂象计数的相关性。方法 :应用免疫组织化学S—P法和形态计量技术对 5 1例精原细胞瘤组织切片进行PCNA染色 ,并计数PCNA标记指数和核分裂象计数。结果 :5 1例精原细胞瘤PCNA标记指数为 2 9 88± 10 86 ,核分裂象计数 / 10HPF为 2 4 31±11 0 0 ,二者显著正相关 (rs=0 5 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :PCNA标记指数和核分裂象计数在一定程序上均可反映精原细胞瘤瘤细胞的增殖水平 。

Objective:To study the cellular proliferating status of seminomas and the correlation between their PCNA labeling index and mitotic counts.Methods:All the cases were stained with PCNA on paraffin embedded sections by immunohistochemistry.Mitotic count was done on HE sections corresponding to each cases.Results:The mean of PCNA labeling index(PCNA-LI)was 29.88±10.86.The mean of mitotic count per 10 high power fields is 24.31±11.00.The correlation coefficient between them was 0.505,P<0.01.There is a significantly positive correlation between PCNA-LI and mitotic counts.Conclusion:PCNA labeling index and mitotic count can be used to evaluate the cellular proliferating status of seminomas.
