重症急性胰腺炎的治疗进展

Progress of Treatment for Severe Acute Pancreatitis

重症急性胰腺炎主张分为早期、中期、后期三个阶段。早期以保守治疗为主 ,包括内窥镜下乳头切开及腹腔灌洗引流。中后期胰腺坏死继发感染须行手术治疗。对病情发展迅速 ,有明显早期感染征象及多器官功能不全者 。

At present,severe acute pancreatitis has been divided into three gradation:early stage,middle stage and later stage.For the early stage,conservative treatment is the main therapy,including the cut of papilla under endoscope and the lavage and drainage.For the middle later stage,an operation should be carried out while the pancreas necrosis is complicated with the infection.For the cases who have the rapid development of situation,obvious early stage infection sign and more organ function down,the early operation treatment should be also considered.
