摘要
目的 观察亚低温的不同时程对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后ICAM 1表达的影响。方法 30只SD大鼠随机分为 5组 :假手术组 ,常温组 ,亚低温 1/ 2h组 ,亚低温 1h组 ,亚低温 3h组。每组各 6只 ,参照ZeaLonga的方法建立脑缺血再灌注动物模型 ,于缺血 3h再灌注 2 4h后 ,断头取脑 ,行ICAM 1免疫组化染色。其中 ,亚低温组于缺血即刻行不同时程 (1/ 2h、1h、3h)的亚低温治疗。结果 常温组可见在缺血梗死灶周围区ICAM 1表达阳性的微血管数较多 ;随亚低温治疗时间的延长 ,其阳性微血管数减少。常温组与亚低温组以及各组与假手术组之间均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 ICAM 1参与脑缺血再灌注损伤 ,亚低温治疗可抑制脑缺血再灌注后ICAM 1的表达 ,并具有神经保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of different stages of mild to moderate hypothermia on ICAM-1 expression following cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into false operative group; control group; hypothermic 1/2 h group ;hypothermic 1 h group; hypothermic 3 h group .Every group had six rats. By means of Zea Longa's animal model, histological techniques were used to evaluate ICAM-1 expression after 3 h ischemia following 24 h reperfusion. Results Compared with the control group, mild to moderate hypothermia inhibited the expression of ICAM-1, especially in hypothermia 3 h group. Conclusion Our data support the idea that mild to moderate hypothermia play an important role in cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.
