葛洲坝~#3船闸下游人字门异响初探

摘要 针对#3船闸下游人字门在启闭过程中有异响现象,经长期观测,查找原因,整理分析,发现异响具有7大特点;根据异响的特点,应用排列法和排除法,初步探明下游人字门异响,是因不同季节温度变化产生热胀冷缩等影响,下游人字门闸墙门轴柱间隙发生变化产生挤卡所致;井对此提出相应措施,消除异响,确保安全。 Abstract:To counter the phenomenon of strange sound produced from the downstream miter gate of No.3 lockduring operation, a long ?term observation was carried out for the purpose of finding out the causes. After analysis,the strange sound was found to bear 7 characteristics, according to which and by applying the permutation method andexclusion method, it was initially verified that the strange sound from the downstream miter gate was produced underthe influence of temperature variations at different seasons, which resulted in the variation of interspace between thelock wall and gate gudgeon of downstream miter gate and thus produced extrusion and biting according to the principleof thermal expansion and cold contraction. Based on that, relevant countermeasures were set forth so that the strangesound was eliminated and safety was guaranteed.
