摘要
系统地论述在监理工作中运用主动控制原理，对影响工程项目综合经济效益的三大要素—工程费用、工程进度、工程质量进行控制的方法。结合工作实践，具体分析主动控制在项目实施过程中各个环节的作用，并进一步阐述热爱工作是用好这一原理的前提。
Abstract:The method of applying active control principle iii supervision work for controlling the three mainfactors affecting the comprehensive economic benefit of engineering project engineering cost, engineering progressand engineering quality is expounded systematically. In combination with engineering practice, it analyzes concretelythe function of active control for all the links during engineering implementation and further expounds that whole -hearted devotion to work is the prerequisite for proper application of this principle.
