摘要
自由流速度是通行能力分析的基础。文章通过充分分析河北、河南的观测数据 ,确定双车道公路自由流速度的数学模型 ,并对自由流速度的影响因素进行了分析。
The free flow speed is the basic to analyze the capacity of highway. Based on the analysis of the surveyed data in Hebei. Henan Provinces, this paper puts forward to the mathematical model for the speed on the double-lane highway,with an analysis on the factors influencing the speed.
