摘要
滚削蜗轮时 ,其齿侧面为滚刀切削刃在一系列不同位置的包络面 ,因而不可避免地要产生棱面。在以圆弧代替渐开线的基础上 ,导出了蜗轮齿侧棱面高度及数目的计算方法及影响他们的因素。其公式简单 ,结果也足够精确。
The surface of worm gear is formed by the different positions of worm wheel hob generated as machining. So prisms are inevitably produced. Based on the arc substituting involute, the paper introduces a method for calculating the height and number of prisms in worm gear surface as well as the factors effecting them. The formulas are simple and the result is precise enough.
