摘要
用有限元方法对磨边机整体结构进行建模和动态分析 ,并探讨磨头磨块的不同分布形式对磨头结构动态特性的影响 ,发现磨块的分布是造成“狗牙”缺陷的主要因素之一 ,并选出动态特性较好的一种磨块分布形式用于整体结构 ,在实践应用中取得良好的效果。
This paper describes the dynamic analysis for the grinding equipment of the ceramic edging machine with FEM, and discusses the influence in different distribution styles of grinding block by dynamic characteristics. It shows that the distribution of grinding block is an important factor resulting in dog-teeth shaped defect. If the betters style of grinding block dynamic characteristics is selected to apply into practice, the good results will be given.
