摘要
对火力发电厂管道支吊架系统中的花篮螺丝进行了力学性能测试和分析。在测试中发现 ,通过线弹性有限元计算所得的最大应力处 (拉筋与头部拐角处内侧 ) ,并不是“最危险”的断裂地方 ,最后断裂发生在拉筋中部内侧。之后进行的弹塑性有限元计算也与这个结论相吻合。计算还表明 ,原设计强度富裕较大 ,可以减去部分重量。实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。
Based on the experiment, it shows the measure and analysis on mechanical performance of the petal basket-like screw used in many pipe support-hang systems. With the help of FEM, the most'dangerous'field, that is at the inner field between the side bone and the head, is not the area where the break first in experiment, that locates at the inner side of the middle part of the bones. The result of conclusion meets with the elastic-took place plastic FEM. This means that the original strength of the part is too high and some redundant weight can be removed.
