摘要
介绍了以普通的个人计算机和数据采集与控制卡为基础构建的可扩展微机测试平台。在此平台的基础上建立了用于车辆振动测试的微机测试系统 ,该测试系统中的传感器是 1个 3向和 3个单向压电式加速度传感器 ,信号经YE5 85 3型宽频 6通道电荷放大器放大后 ,传输到测试平台的 6路模拟量输入通道。测试系统的软件用VC语言自行开发。对手扶拖拉机在空挡状态下不同柴油机转速时的振动特性的测试表明 。
Based on personal computers and data acquisition & control card, an expandable micro-computer testing platform is constructed, with which the measurement system in various forms could be easily set up. It illustrates the construction used for vehicle vibration test. The system uses one 3-dimension and three mono-dimension piezoelectric accelerometers. Acquired signals are enlarged by broad-band-spectrum hex-tunneled amplifier and then transferred into six input channels of the platform respectively. The software of testing system is also developed in VC programming environment. Application of the system on vibration measurement of an idle-working-conditioned tractor shows that the system is feasible for vehicle vibration testing.
