摘要
剖析了自由曲面产品反向工程中各环节的精度检测和误差分析需求 ,以及反向建模过程中的多视图数据拼合 ,阐明了基于最小二乘法实现自由曲面最优匹配的重要应用价值。概述了迭代最近点 (ICP)算法及其实现最优匹配的几个关键问题。
Based on the requirements of precision measurement inspection and error analysis in various links during reverse engineering, and multi-views data integration in reverse modeling, this paper illustrates the important application value of realizing optimal match of free-form surface based on least square method. Also, the iterative closest point (ICP) algorithm and several critical techniques in implementing optimal match are briefly decrypted here.
