数字相关方法在测量CJ6120LC6HK型客车前后轮轴心距离的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文从计算机图像处理技术中的数字相关方法出发,在测量领域中与实际工程背景相结合,提出一种新的量程大、精度高、非接触式的方法,用来测量CJ6120LC6HK型客车前后轮轴心距离。本文在计算机图像处理技术中对数字相关方法在实际测量应用中所涉及到的相关函数、测量精度和测量误差进行了分析和研究,在用1m标尺精确定位的基础上,对CJ6120LC6HK型客车前后轮轴心距离进行了实际测量实验,得到了比较理想的结果,为大距离精密实际测量提供了一个良好的方法。 In this paper, according to the digital correlation of computer image process, a new high precision and un-tounched method for measuring the large quantifier distance was presented. In factual application, this method is used for measuring the distance of CJ6120LC6HK carriage front and trailing wheel-base. The analysis of the correlation function, measuring precision and measuring error were described. Based on the 1m high precision mir, the accurate orientation has been given, so that the good results has been obtained for measuring the distance of CJ6120LC6HK carriage front and trailing wheelbase. In conclusion, the method for measuring the large quantifier distance could give a revelation to the engineering application.
