摘要
本文在社会资本已有的理论基础上 ,考察了人力资源开发与社会资本的关系 ,分析了人力资源开发的社会资本增值效应 ,构建了以社会资本为导向的人力资源开发的模式。在知识经济时代 ,“知识鸿沟”的出现 ,不仅会引起物质财富的贫富差距 ,而且会出现社会资本财富的贫富差距 。
Based on the theories of social capital in existence, this paper investigates the connection between social capital and human resources development, analyses social capital incremental domino effect of human resources development, and establishes a model of human resources development oriented social capital. It brings forward a viewpoint that “knowledge gap” comes out in the era of knowledge economy to bring not only the material fortune gap but also the social capital “gap”, and the key for a country to eliminate “gap” is to develop human resources.
