摘要
本文将企业内部组织结构形式调整中的诸风险因素简化为信息失真、权力失控两种 ,并以之为约束条件 ;另将组织结构形式归结为塔式结构和扁平式结构。在此基础上 ,建立了企业内部组织结构形式的调整用理论模型 。
The risk factors in the process of enterprise's internal regulation on organizing architecture can be classified as information distortion and power-control losing, which are also referenced as terms of restriction; at the same time, the models of enterprise's organizing structure are sorted into two varieties, that is, tower structure and flat structure. On the premise of the classifying methods mentioned above, the authors design the academic model for enterprise's internal regulation on organizing architecture, then discuss and analyse the probable applications of this model under various circumstances.
