高校卫生服务模式之我见

A Research on the Medical Service Pattern in Higher Learning Institutions

随着市场经济的进一步发展 ,建立于计划经济时代的卫生服务体系愈来愈显得不能适应市场经济的发展和社会的需求。高校卫生服务也与社会上的医院、诊所一样 ,同样存在一些不如人意 ,与人们利益相冲突、与社会发展不相适应的地方。高校卫生服务在其服务对象、资金投入和回收、服务职能、医疗保险、人事制度与教育培训及服务监督和财务管理方面有其自身的特点。因此 ,寻求新形势下的高校卫生服务模式很有必要。

As market economy is fostering further, the frame of the medical system in the era of planned economy fails to meet the needs of market economy in medical service field. The medical service in the higher learning institutions, like the hospitals and the clinics in the society is still far from perfection. It also contradicts people's interests and does not fit in the development of the society. The medical service has its unique characteristics in such aspects as the service objects, the investment and the retrieval of funds, the service functionality, the medical insurance, the personnel system, the educational training, the service supervision and the financial management. Thus, it is a necessity to seek for a new pattern of medical service in the higher learning institutions.
