On the Innovation of Higher Education Administration System after China's Entry into WTO

Chinese higher education has encounted unprecedented opportunities and challenges with Chinas entry into WTO, which objectively calls for a reform in the administration system of higher education. In order to advance the system reform of school running, the construction of higher education legislation and the renewal of its administration system, we must change our ideas, improve our system, innovate the model of talents cultivation, switch the research and exploitation mechanism and strengthen international communication and cooperation.
