摘要
在把政府和学生作为外生变量的基础上 ,用经济学中的委托 -代理和激励 -约束理论对高校发展动力问题产生的原因、解决方法、高校不同活动激励 -约束效率和不同人员的效用函数与激励 -约束方法进行分析 。
On the basis of taking the government and students as exogenous variables, we use some economics theories such as entrustment agency and encouragement constraction to analyze the driving force of universities development. Inspiration can be derived from this analysis in the aspect of cause, solution method, different encouragement and constraction way of different activities and different utility function for different workers.
